Motorsport celebration

Event Design and Curation | TAG Heuer

I oversaw the creative for an exclusive TAG Heuer celebration honouring the brand's rich motorsport heritage, timed ahead of the Silverstone F1 Grand Prix and the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Hosted as an intimate cocktail event for industry professionals, journalists, and key influencers, it included a panel with F1 driver Isaac Hadjar and Red Bull Academy driver Megan Bruce. The evening was designed with an immersive exhibition feel and was planned from concept to execution in one month.

Working within the marketing team and alongside our events agency, I focused heavily on the storytelling of the venue, which was divided into three distinct zones, one dedicated to TAG Heuer's long history in racing, one highlighting our partnership with the Red Bull Racing team, and a third celebrating our golf partnership to launch a new watch collaboration. As the UK Brand Guardian, I curated the gallery heritage images, ensured the event was branded accordingly and created display graphics that brought the narrative of each piece to life.

To complete the guest experience, I also designed the official event invitations, menus, custom branded Polaroid frames for a personalised takeaway and a curated selection of archival postcards as a memento of the night.

Delivered a meticulously curated, highly engaging brand experience that generated significant media buzz and social coverage.
